Glow Light Show & Festival is a fun, festive and amazing way to bring in the holiday cheer. Our goal is simple – curate a magical evening for young and old, big and small!

How does pricing work?
Light Show
Weekday Basic: $39.99 + taxes per vehicle
Weekday Flex: $49.99 + taxes per vehicle
Weekend Basic: $49.99 + taxes per vehicle
Weekend Flex: $59.99 + taxes per vehicle
Large Vehicle: $99.99 + taxes per vehicle
Peak Week + Holiday Pricing (Dec. 16 – 25th):
Peak Week Basic: $49.99 + taxes per vehicle
Peak Week Flex: $59.99 + taxes per vehicle
Season Pass: $99.99 per vehicle (vehicle + license registration required). Not valid on large vehicle tickets.
What is the weather policy?
Glow Light Show & Festival operates rain, snow & shine. If there is an emergency, you will be notified via email. In the event the show needs to close for safety reasons, you will be allowed to reschedule your ticket for another date during the current season (based upon availability). Please check our website & social media channels for up-to-date weather-related information, potential disruptions or park closures.
Where do I enter a promo code?
At checkout, you can enter the promo code on the top, right hand side of the ticket page.
Any promotion or discount codes must be used prior to the expiration of the offer. Act quickly, once a promotion has ended, you will not be entitled to a credit for promotions or discounts.

What is the refund/cancellation policy?
All sales are final and non-refundable.
Do you have public restrooms?
Yes. Portable toilets and wash stations are available on-site at the festival.
Do you offer food or drinks?
While we do not offer food & beverages at this time, we encourage you to visit one of the many neighboring businesses to support the local community.
Can I pay with a credit card?
Entrance: FREE
Parking: FREE
Food & Beverage: Both. Some vendors may require cash only some can accept cards. Please plan for both accordingly.
Rides & Games: Cash & card accepted.
Merchandise: Cash & card accepted.
Can I bring my dog?
Pets are allowed in your own vehicle for the light show. Pets are not permitted in the festival. Only service animals will be permitted.

How long does the light show take?
We recommend driving at 3 MPH to ensure a full & vibrant show experience. Please note that the duration of your experience depends on the time, day, traffic & weather elements.
We also want to encourage you to be courteous to all Glow Light Show guests. Stopping for long periods of time or causing a traffic is a sure fire way to end up on the on the naughty list this year!
What types of vehicles are allowed through the show?
Normal-sized passenger cars, trucks & vans. Small 15-passenger vans are allowed but you must contact customer service to schedule your ticket. Due to the turning radius in the show, we cannot accommodate large buses, limos or RVs.
Can I get out of my car to take pictures in the light show?
Glow Light Show is a completely drive-through experience. For your safety and the safety of others you are not allowed to exit your vehicle any time during the light show. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate expulsion.
The festival however is walk through experience. Pictures are welcomed & encouraged at the festival!
Can I ride in another car?
Yes. If you plan to ride in another car, please do so before your arrival into the show. There is not space to park and combine cars once you enter the gate.
Do the lights flash?
Yes. The show contains bright, flashing lights that may cause discomfort and/or seizures for those with photosensitive epilepsy. Consumer discretion is advised.
How do I listen to the music for the show?
You will need a functioning FM radio in your vehicle to hear the music that is synchronized to the light show. The specific station will be noted on signage upon arrival to the light show.
When should I arrive for my scheduled time?
Please arrive during your scheduled time slot. If you arrive at a different time or without a valid ticket you will not be permitted to enter the show.
Is the cost of the light show per person or per vehicle?
Glow Light Show tickets are per vehicle. You do NOT need to purchase a ticket for everyone in your vehicle making it the most budget-friendly holiday experience! As a reminder, no buses, limos or RVs are permitted to enter. Small 15-passenger vans are allowed but you must contact customer service to schedule your ticket.
What if there is a wait to get into the light show?
We work diligently to keep the wait time to a minimum; however, we do experience higher volumes during the weekends & holidays. If you would like to save time & money, we recommend visiting Monday – Thursday. You may also purchase a Fast Pass which allows you to jump the line for quicker admission to the show.
When can I use my ticket for the light show?
Tickets are only valid at the specific location, date & time you purchased at check out. “Basic” tickets are valid ONLY for date & time selected. Be sure to purchase a “FLEX” type ticket if you want to have the ability to reschedule your date/time.
How do I purchase a light show ticket and how much is a ticket?
Tickets are only available online at glowlightshow.com. Ticket prices vary based on ticket type, day of the weekend & holidays:
- Weekday Basic: $39.99 + taxes per vehicle
- Weekday Flex: $49.99 + taxes per vehicle
- Weekend/Holiday Basic: $49.99 + taxes per vehicle
- Weekend/Holiday Flex: $59.99 + taxes per vehicle
- Season Pass: $99.99 per vehicle
- Basic– No Rescheduling. Basic ticket types are valid only for the date/time selected.
- Flex Add-On – Reschedule as many times as you need. Allows you the flexibility to adjust to a busy schedule.
I purchased a ticket but didn't receive a confirmation e-mail. What do I do?
All ticket confirmations are sent to the email address provided upon purchase. Please check your spam folder before contacting customer service. If you do not receive your confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us at [email protected] and we will resend your reservation details.
Can I reschedule?
You must have a “FLEX” ticket to reschedule your light show admission. Follow the steps in your email confirmation to reschedule your light show experience.
How does the Season Pass work?
Visit the park multiple times all season long!
Each pass is valid for one (1) entry per evening, all 7 days of the week.
To purchase a Season Pass, select the first date & time you would like to attend and select one (1) Season Pass for check-out.
Please note vehicle registration is required including vehicle make/model/color/license plate.
You will receive a confirmation email that will include a link & instructions to reserve future time-slots.
Jolly Trolley
What is the Jolly Trolley experience?
The Jolly Trolley experience is a fun way to experience the light show from the comfort of our festive trolley! Each trolley ticket includes light show admission, 8 oz. Hot chocolate & a glow stick. Trolley tickets are sold per person (meaning rider needs a ticket) however tickets are not required for lap children under the age of 2. No food or beverages are permitted on the trolly ride. You will redeem your hot chocolate upon exiting the trolley.
Where is the trolley pick-up?
Jolly Trolley pick-up/drop-off is located to the left of the festival entrance. Look for the railroad crossing signage and an on-site ticket agent will assist you to board the trolley experience.
Where do I park for the trolley?
Free parking is available in both Lots A and B. Look for the designated street lamps denoting the parking areas.
Is the Jolly Trolley wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, the trolley is not wheelchair accessible.
Festival
What is the festival?
All new this year, the Glow Light Show Festival is a festive and interactive experience for all ages! Admission is FREE. The festival will include food & beverage vendors, photo installations, seating, games and rides for kids. Tickets and wristbands are available for purchase for rides & games at the festival. Please note that alcohol will not be sold and is not permitted on festival grounds.
Where is parking for the festival?
Parking is available in both Lot A and Lot B. Look for the designated street lamps denoting the parking areas. As a reminder, parking is subject to availability.
When is the festival open?
The festival will be open 5:30pm – 10:00pm on select evenings. Please check the calendar below for days of operation and join us for a glowing good time!
Is the festival cancelled if it rains?
The Festival operates rain, snow or shine. If there is severe weather, that requires the festival to close, you will be notified via email.and we will reopen once it is safe to do so Please check our website & social media channels for up-to-date weather-related information, potential disruptions or park closures.
Will there be places to sit down?
Yes. There will be picnic table seating and benches throughout the festival grounds.
Is the festival wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Handicap parking is available, and the festival grounds are wheelchair friendly for guests.
What is permitted and not permitted at the festival?
PERMITTED
Permitted items include umbrellas, clear bags no larger than a grocery tote, strollers/wagons, cell phones, cameras and hand-held video cameras.
NON-PERMITTED
Items NOT permitted include outside food and drink, glass bottles or cans, weapons of any kind, laser pointers, drones, lawn chairs, canopies/tents, pets (excluding service animals), banners and/or flags of any kind, alcohol, or drugs, frisbees, beach balls or any other objections that can be thrown.
Can you smoke at the festival?
The festival is a smoke-free zone. The use of cigarettes, smoking or vaping of any product is strictly prohibited.
